Do you bring your own water and power?

Yes — we arrive fully self-contained. Our setup includes a fresh water tank, a generator, and all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything from your home — no access to your water tap, hose, or electrical outlets required. Just access to the vehicle and a spot to park near it.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?

No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a spot to park and work, you're free to go about your day. Unlock the car and leave — or leave a key somewhere we can grab it. We'll text or message you when the job is complete. Most customers are at work while we detail their vehicle in the driveway or office parking lot.
How long does a detail take?

It depends on the service. The Essentials Package is 1–2 hours. The Performance Package is approximately 3 hours. The Turbocharged Package is about 4 hours. Adding the Decontamination Wash adds another 1.5–2 hours. See the full

Do you work in rain or cold weather?

Interior-only services (Essentials, Performance, Turbocharged) can generally be done in most weather conditions. Exterior services — the Decontamination Wash and Glass Sealant — require dry conditions and temperatures above 5°C. If weather forces a change to your booking, we'll contact you directly and reschedule. We operate from May through October.
What areas do you service?

We service all of Calgary — NW, NE, SW, SE, and the inner city — and the following surrounding communities: Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, reach out and ask.
What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee to cover the time and slot lost. If something comes up, just let us know as soon as you can — we're reasonable about it.
How do I pay?

Payment is collected after the job is complete. We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit card, and cash. An invoice is sent through Urable with payment options included — you can pay directly from the invoice link, no app required.
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available for any service or dollar amount. Text or message us to set one up — it takes about 5 minutes. Popular for Father's Day, birthdays, new car purchases, and graduations. If you're not sure what to get, the Performance Package ($200–$280) is the most popular choice.
Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Refer a friend to Turbo Clean YYC and you both get $20 off your next booking. When your friend books, have them mention your name. We'll apply the discount to both invoices. Simple.
What's included in the pet hair surcharge?

The +$50 pet hair surcharge applies to any interior package when embedded pet hair is present in the vehicle. Pet hair removal requires additional time and specialized tools to get out of carpet fibres, seat seams, and door panels. It's not a penalty — it's the actual additional work involved. We'll confirm this applies before we start.
How is this different from a drive-through car wash?

Completely different category of service. A drive-through wash takes 3–5 minutes, uses brushes and high-pressure spray, and only touches the exterior surface. Mobile detailing is done by hand and takes 1–7 hours depending on the service. The interior is fully cleaned — vacuumed, steam-cleaned, wiped down, and protected. The Decontamination Wash removes iron fallout, brake dust, and road tar that bond to your paint over time — a car wash doesn't touch them. These are not comparable services.
