From booking to done — here's exactly what to expect.
Pick your service, choose a date, and select a time slot. You'll receive a booking confirmation immediately through Urable. No phone calls, no back-and-forth — the whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
You'll get an automated reminder the day before your appointment. If anything changes (weather issues, scheduling conflict), we'll reach out directly — not through a call centre, directly from the owner.
We show up with everything needed: fresh water tank, generator, all cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything — no access to your home's water or electrical outlets. Just a spot to park near the vehicle.
You don't need to be present. Unlock the vehicle, and that's it. Go to work, stay inside, run errands — whatever you like. The only thing we need is access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it.
We'll message you when the job is complete. Payment is collected via Urable — Interac e-Transfer, credit card, or cash. That's it. Nothing else required from you.
