1. Services Offered: Our mobile auto detailing services include interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and sealants application.

 

2. Pricing Structure: Prices for our services are determined based on the type of vehicle, its size, and the complexity of the job. A detailed pricing list is available upon request.

 

3. Scheduling and Appointments: Customers can schedule appointments through our online booking platform, by phone, or via email.

 

4. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. Therefore, we do not impose any cancellation fees. However, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

 

5. Payment Terms: We accept payment in cash, credit/debit cards, and Interact e-transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service.

 

6. Service Area: Our mobile auto detailing services cover all of Calgary and surrounding areas.

 

7. Insurance and Liability: Our business is covered by comprehensive insurance, ensuring protection against any unforeseen damages during the detailing process.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing access to a suitable area for detailing, such as a driveway or parking space, as well as access to water and electricity if needed. It is also recommended that customers remove any personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

 

9. Complaints and Disputes: We strive to provide high-quality service to all our customers. In the event of any complaints or disputes, please contact us promptly so that we can address the issue to your satisfaction. We may offer to rectify any unsatisfactory work, provide refunds where appropriate, or offer discounts on future services.

 

10. Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our auto detailing services. Your information may be shared with our company's partners and service providers, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and payment processing services. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the detailing process. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes outlined above.

 

11. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from the provision of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for those services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

 

12. Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including any third-party claims.

 

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Alberta, Canada, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any legal proceedings.
